Pumpkin

Pumpkin oh Pumpkin what have you done

You have broken my things and thought it was fun

You woke me each morning with a smack on my face

Than during the day you play havoc with my place

But still I love you I don’t know why

Your cute little ways when you struggle and look into my eyes

Pumpkin what am I do with you I do not know

I try to be cross with you and when I give you away I will be sad

If only you would mend you ways and not be bad

These last few days you have changed your ways

Just like a kitten you are better behaved

Now you have settled in

But I thought I would never win
