Books in this section may not necessary be specific to anxiety disorders, any book that you have found helped you in some way or another may be included. Please contact me with the titles of any books that you have found beneficial and I will be pleased to include them. "Fernando Parrado is one of the fifteen survivors of the famous and awful Andes Mountains accident, more than thirty years ago. He and Vince Rause have written in English, the past year, the book  "Miracle in the Andes, 72 Days on the Mountain and My Long Trek Home".

I'm sure this book might be of many interest to fellow sufferers, and for anybody who is desperate, because this account teaches us we're not the only ones who have a catastrophe in our live's. Actually, the author says "Everybody has an Andes accident in their lives". And like them, we can still wait to save our lives."
